The Pernese found the A.I.V.A.S computer in the spaceship of their ancestors, but it was broken and they couldn't learn from it, so thread will always fall. None of the characters in prevous books of the series set before that time are alive, and will never be allowed to be played, though they can be mentioned. The main playing of Harper's Tale focuses mostly in Ista Hold and Ista Weyr, but there are a few other holds and weyrs as well that can be roleplayed in. |
